Teemway® identifies the group across corporate, manufacturing and North America commercial activity, including the Teemway Gifts regional business at teemwaygifts.com.

Teemtec^®

The group's premium promotional-products brand, registered in China (82998930), the Philippines (4/2024/00528245) and Spain (4.224.281), all held by Anton International Inc. Teemtec® is used for co-branded sponsorship and event merchandise programmes — including the GT Tour Golf Series — where a sponsor requires demonstrable IP integrity in the merchandise supply chain.

Product Development IP

Owned tooling and in-house design

Beyond registered marks, the group's product development work is protected through commercial and contractual mechanisms rather than public filings:

Group-owned tooling. Molds and tooling developed for the group's own catalogue remain group property. Where a customer funds bespoke tooling, ownership is set out explicitly in the programme agreement before production begins.
Proprietary decoration processes. Colour-changing, UV-reactive and LED-integrated drinkware constructions are developed in-house at Shantou, with process know-how held as trade secret rather than published.
Customer artwork protection. Customer artwork, brand assets and specifications are covered by confidentiality terms and are not reused, resold or shown in our portfolio without written consent.

Where a customer needs registered design protection in a specific market, our compliance team coordinates the filing with local counsel as part of the programme.

How we describe other companies' brands

Teemway Group does not display third-party logos on this website. Where a relationship with another company is described, we state its exact legal nature — a documented export authorization, a past memorandum of understanding, a prime-contractor relationship — and we do not present any of these as endorsement, sponsorship or approval by that company.
