The headquarters coordinates international trade, group finance and cross-border regulatory compliance across five operating entities on three continents. Our core operations and manufacturing team is based in Shantou, Guangdong.
Why Hong Kong
Hong Kong was chosen as the group's headquarters for three durable reasons.
1. International trade neutrality
Hong Kong's status as a free port, combined with a common-law legal framework and enforceable arbitration, makes it the natural jurisdiction for a trading group with counterparties in mainland China, Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia.
2. Currency flexibility
The USD peg and a mature banking system support multi-currency invoicing in USD, EUR, GBP, RMB and HKD — essential for global brand and retail programmes where the buyer, the factory and the destination market rarely share a currency.
3. Regulatory transparency
Hong Kong Companies Registry filings provide the third-party corporate verification that tier-1 customers require during vendor onboarding.

Working with the headquarters
Buyers running multi-region programmes typically contract at group level in Hong Kong, then execute through the relevant regional entity — production through Shantou or Shenzhen, delivery and support through Rancho Cucamonga, Madrid or the Philippines. Our second headquarters
Hong Kong is the group's corporate headquarters. Day-to-day manufacturing, product development, supply chain, QA and sourcing run from our Shantou Operations & Manufacturing Center in Guangdong. This dual-headquarters structure is the standard operating model for cross-border manufacturers serving global brands from the Greater Bay Area.
