A Hong Kong manufacturing group, continuously trading since 1999
Teemway Group Limited is a privately held manufacturing and international trading group headquartered in Hong Kong. Across 27 years the group has grown from a single trading entity into six operating locations on three continents, spanning owned production in Guangdong, a wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiary in Shenzhen, and commercial offices in California, Madrid and the Philippines.
Our Story
From Shantou operations to a three-continent group
Teemway began manufacturing operations in Shantou, China, in 1999, founded by Tinson Huang. Teemway Group Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2003. The founding premise has not changed in 27 years: own the production, own the tooling, and sell directly to the buyer rather than through layers of agents.
In 2003 the group also opened a procurement office in Shenzhen to consolidate materials and component sourcing. In 2011 it registered Anton International Inc. in California (December 16, 2011), trading as Teemway Gifts from Rancho Cucamonga — the group's North American commercial front door, today reachable at teemwaygifts.com.
Europe followed in 2017 with Teemway Europe S.L. in Madrid, which anchored the group's EU regulatory work and its Spanish-language commercial team. In 2020, that structure supported the group's role as manufacturing partner behind Merydeis' €553,048 PPE programme for Spain's Ministry of Justice — 350,000 gloves and 175,000 masks.
In 2024 the group established Teemway Philippines Inc. as a Southeast Asia hub and green energy division, and in 2026 it holds SAGE A-Rated Supplier status for a third consecutive year.
Group Structure
One group, five operating entities
Teemway Group Limited (Hong Kong) is the parent. Each subsidiary carries a defined commercial or manufacturing mandate, and each is separately registered in its own jurisdiction.
A dual-headquarters structure
Teemway Group Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong, with our core operations team based in Guangdong, China. This dual-headquarters structure — Hong Kong for international trade, corporate governance, and client relations; Guangdong for manufacturing, supply chain, and product development — reflects the standard operating model for cross-border manufacturers serving global brands from the Greater Bay Area.

Tinson Huang
Tinson Huang founded Teemway's manufacturing operations in Shantou, China, in 1999, then incorporated Teemway Group Limited in Hong Kong in 2003. He has led the group through every stage of its expansion — the Shenzhen procurement office (2003), the US subsidiary Anton International Inc. (2011), Teemway Europe S.L. in Madrid (2017), and Teemway Philippines Inc. (2024).
He remains directly involved in tier-1 account relationships and personally handles verification requests from procurement teams.

Commercial teams by region and business line
Each business line — Retail Private Label and Brand Promotional — runs its own commercial team, compliance workflow and production planning cycle, because retail sourcing managers and brand marketing teams buy on different calendars and against different specifications.
